What are your fees?

We determine the price of model homes and home stagings based on two criteria, 1) square footage, 2) level of design. Our experienced consultants will come to your property and help you determine square footage and which design level will work best with your home.

How quickly can you deliver?

Parker Rose can delivery very quickly. For home stagings in California, we will deliver within 10 business days of contract signing and deposit. For new construction and model homes, we can match the pace of our delivery to coincide with your project completion.

What are the payment terms?

We have multiple payment terms to satisfy almost any client. From month-to-month to deferred options, our representatives can find the right terms to fit your needs.

How does it work?

For home staging, we start with a free consultation at your home. Following contract signing, a designer is assigned to your project, visits your property and then coordinates your furnishings to bring out the best in your home. For model homes, a designer is assigned to your project to coordinate interior specs, furnishings and installation.

Can I pay at Close of Escrow?

Parker Rose has a Deferred Payment Program that allows for approximately 80% of all staging fees and any accrued rent to be deferred until the home sells or up to one year, whichever comes first.

What happens if someone wants to buy the furniture?

We will issue all of our clients the purchase cost of the furnishings. You are free to pass that price on to your home buyer.

Can someone be living in the home with your furnishings?

We do offer live-in rental options for all home stagings.

Can you send me something in the mail?

Absolutely. We will send you our latest project profile brochure, as well as any information we have to address your specific questions.
