Meet the Parker Rose Team

LEADERSHIP

Brian Pidgeon, President – Brian is the founder and president of Parker Rose Design. He has been a business leader in Southern California for over 20 years and continues to believe in innovation and ingenuity. The inspiration for the name “Parker Rose” comes from the middle names of his children.

Allison Herf, Director of Design – Allison has been working in Architecture, Residential, Model Home Design, and Staging for 11years. Her technical and creative skills encompass, drafting, space planning; flow, form, and function, interior specifications for surfaces and customizing homes to clients needs. Along with designing, Allison is also the buyer for Parker Rose inventory.

Karianne Scheevel, Operations Manager – Karianne has over 10 years experience in business development and sales and marketing operations. She thrives on creating operational and marketing systems that translate into exceptional customer service.

SALES TEAM

John "Chip" Bridges, Director of Sales, Builder Division – Chip has over thirty years experience in the Home Building and Development industry. His areas of expertise include; project acquisition, entitlement, planning, marketing, and disposition.

Denise Hart, Business Development, San Diego – Denise Hart has over twenty years of direct sales and marketing experience, with a deep history in the furniture industry. She has experience in interior design and fabric selection, which brings a valued perspective to her clientele.

Christi Balzarini, Business Development, Palm Springs and Phoenix areas – Christi Balzarini is a C.P.M. and brings to our team a background in marketing and over 15 years experience in the residential housing services industry, enabling her to effectively assess our client’s needs and find the best solution to assist them.

Stephen Levine, Business Development, Los Angeles – Stephen Levine is an award-winning designer who has had extensive experience as a realtor and developer. With his well-rounded background he is able to find solutions that satisfy the needs of the L.A. market.

DESIGN TEAM

Danielle Hawthorne, Designer – Danielle has more than 5 years of experience in the design industry and has been part of the Parker Rose team from its beginning. She attended the University of Texas and the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising. She has a background in fashion, merchandising, and design.

Becky Quach, Designer – Becky joined Parker Rose with many years of experience from design firms in the model home industry. She has a background in both graphic and interior design and she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design from The University of Texas at Austin.

SUPPORT TEAM

Alicia Beckmire, Accounting Manager – Alicia has been the accounting manager for Parker Rose for over 2 years and has been in the accounting field for over 3 yrs. She is currently pursuing a degree in accounting, while providing outstanding customer service to our clientele.

Stephen Matejov, Warehouse Supervisor – Stephen has been part of the Parker Rose family of companies for over 19 years. His attention to detail and quality control ensure smooth operating in all warehouse functions.

INSTALLATION TEAM

All of our dedicated installation team members have been trained specifically to install in the design arena. Their careful attention to each installation is a huge part of our success.
