Our new Deferred Payment Program provides one of the most innovative programs in the industry. Hassle free, stress free and interest free, you can get your home or model staged now and deferred all of your staging fees until the home sells, up to 1 year!

How It Works

  1. Stage - Design, Installation and Transportation are paid upfront, equaling about 20% of the total contract amount. Delivery guaranteed within 10 business days of contract signing*
  2. Save - Save your marketing dollars now by deferring all staging fees for furniture, accessories, patio furniture and window treatments until the home sells, upon pickup of the furnishings, or upon the one year anniversary date of installation, whichever comes first.
  3. Sell - Homes sell faster, and for maximum value when they're beautifully and professionally merchandised.
