FLEX MODEL PROGRAM

Parker Rose has developed our Flex Model Program, the industry's first comprehensive lease program for permanent models. Very similar to leasing a car, leasing model furniture creates an extraordinary opportunity to reduce costs and increase flexibility. Our Flex Model Program is uniquely tailored to the builder community to maximize the marketing potential of each model and the entire project.

How It Works

  1. We start by determining a quality and price level which best matches your demographic.
  2. We then offer a lease term that best matches your sales cycle goals.
  3. We require a down payment ('drive off') of only 20% of traditional purchase programs, creating very low capital outlay.
  4. Our highly qualified, interior design staff will then go to work with your team for site walks, space planning, finish specs, furniture selections and installation, for complete design services.
  5. Simple month-to-month payments thereafter help balance cash flow while you are selling units.
  6. End of lease options include; purchase of the furnishings for their residual value, continuing to rent month-to-month to close out sales, or pickup of the furnishings.

Model Refresh Program –Our Model Refresh Program brings fresh colors, accessory updates, artwork change-outs and any other touches that will bring a renewed vibrancy, all with minimal cost and minimal notice. Available at the 1yr lease anniversary.

Model Change-Out Program –Our Model Change-Out Program allows for a redesign of any model, at a fraction of the time and cost it takes to purchase. Has the buyer demographic changed? Has the look and feel become outdated? This program keeps your models current and effective. Available anytime during the lease process.

Model Move Program –Parker Rose will move your model quickly to a like or similar unit for a small per square foot fee. Moving your model allows you to amortize the initial staging cost over multiple units.
