  2. Our pricing is based on the size of the model home. With flat rate fees starting at $1 per square foot per month, we offer unprecedented low capital outlay, while retaining the flexibility that only leasing can offer, all without compromising our client's high standards. Parker Rose supplies this amazingly affordable lease option with the help of our successful model home outlet, Furniture Heaven. Having the ability to create value for returned lease furnishings means passing significant savings back to our clients on their lease pricing.
  3. Our highly qualified, interior design staff will work with your team for site walks, space planning, finish specs, furniture selections and installation, for complete design services.

Model Refresh Program –Our Model Refresh Program brings fresh colors, accessory updates, artwork change-outs and any other touches that will bring a renewed vibrancy, all with minimal cost and minimal notice. Available at the 1yr lease anniversary.

Model Change-Out Program –Our Model Change-Out Program allows for a redesign of any model, at a fraction of the time and cost it takes to purchase. Has the buyer demographic changed? Has the look and feel become outdated? This program keeps your models current and effective. Available anytime during the lease process.

Purchase Rebate Program – All of our furnishings are available for purchase. And when a home-buyer purchases this turn-key solution, our client receives a profit sharing rebate.

End of Lease Options – Many builders have shared the dilemma of what to do with model furniture once their project comes to a close. Flex Models solve that problem. At the conclusion of lease terms, the furnishings can be removed, rented month to month, or purchased for the residual lease balance.
