PURCHASE REBATE PROGRAM

The Purchase Rebate Program allows our clients to receive a rebate of their home staging fees if all furnishings and accessories are purchased.

How it Works

  1. Stage - When a home buyer purchases a Parker Rose staged home with all furnishings and accessories, our client receives 100% of their staging fees back to them in the form of a rebate credit.
  2. Create Incentive - Passing this credit onto the home buyer creates an immediate purchase incentive.
  3. Return on Investment - Or, our client can keep the rebate to help offset their initial staging investment.
