Model Move Program

Parker Rose is proud to continue one of the most significant cost saving services in the industry; our Model Move Program. Parker Rose will move your model quickly to a like or similar unit for a small per square foot fee. Moving your model allows you to amortize the initial staging cost over multiple units. Your marketing costs continue to go down as sales continue to go up. And you’re never without a model to show!

Purchase Rebate Program

Our Purchase Rebate Program is the perfect solution to offering a turn-key home to your buyer and an immediate purchase incentive. Should the homebuyer, decide to purchase all of the furnishing, our client receives a rebate of their staging fees. Pass that savings on to the buyer for a significant home purchase incentive, or keep the saving to recoup the staging cost.
