Cheryl Lamantia joined the Parker Rose Family in 2020 as a Business Development Specialist. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Marketing From Sacramento State University and has over 10 years ’experience working with the real estate and builder industry. She is excited to continue to grow and build long term relationships in the Bay Area. Cheryl is inspired to help clients maximize their property’s potential by putting forth the “wow” factor to help escalate the sale of the home quickly. She is creative and enjoys helping people. Cheryl was born and raised in San Francisco and when she’s not working, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family, friends, hiking, traveling and is known as a “foodie”: always cooking and trying out the latest new restaurants.
