Tom Petty Estate Project
For Tom Petty’s Estate, we embraced Spanish Revival architecture throughout the home while maintaining a relaxed yet elegant staging design style. Keeping that in mind, the furniture selections consist of a variety of fabrics and materials. Such as suede, leather, linen, wood and glass that create contrast and interest. The overall design is complimented with the use of art and accessories of light hues such as ivory and beige. Accents of rustic brown through the home allude to the Spanish Revival influence. The staging design is soft transitional with various neutral linen tones to brighten some of the darker spaces.
Canterbury
This home, part of the Canterbury collection by Crestwood Communities showcases a craftsman design style. The staging features the design style with an emphasis on Americana accents, and a nod to American History. The theme of the home focuses on details inspired by nature and rooted in functionality.The furniture consists of neutral, creamy linens mixed with caramel leather and darker wood tones. Soft rustic finishes in the secondary bedrooms emphasize the Americana storyline. The design completes itself with a palette of neutrals and earth tones. Specifically burgundy in the art and accessories showing American flags, farm animal sand patriotism. This home is inviting and stylish, leading buyers to picture their family living a relaxed lifestyle for years to come.
Distinctly Modern
The name says it all for the Distinctly Modern project. For this home the staging prioritizes clean lines, geometric shapes, and a muted color palette. The strategic use of green brings the outdoors in. You will find throughout, a harmonious blend of metals, woods, and plush fabrics. Overall, the home has a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic.
