Model Move Program
The Model Move Program was created to bridge the gap between models units which entice homebuyers to fall in love with the property and vacant units which require more creativity on the part of the viewer to envision the homes potential. When you sell one standing unit we will move the model to a similar unit for a small per-square-foot fee. You’ll never be without a model to show!

Our staging project consisted of an 8,800 sq. V. Mediterranean home in Palos Verdes Estates that our family would be listing for sale. We interviewed with 3 staging companies but selected Parker Rose Design because of their impressive and detailed proposal, vision and competitive pricing. They did NOT disappoint and, in fact, exceeded our expectations! The staging occurred over 2 very long days. The staff was friendly, focused and worked Tirelessly until the desired look was achieved.
