Estate Living
For this home, we chose a soft contemporary design direction, while also incorporating transitional touches to contrast with the home’s specifications. Additionally, the furniture selection features various wood tones, neutral linens, and marble accents, creating an overall sense of sophistication. Accessories highlight the furniture with a mix of neutral tones and subtle sage green touches, adding warmth. Finally, these colors coordinate with bold art pieces and are softened by greenery. All of that combined creates a look that will appeal to any future homeowner.

North Beach
For this condo, we have created a modern classy look. The space was carried out with a moody, sophisticated feel using dark grays and creams. Incorporating textured rugs throughout along with statement wall art has produced a high-end elevated composition. We have finished it off with a grand outdoor rooftop living area.
Via Monte
For this design, we featured a farmhouse style with a mix of modern transitional. This design consists of neutral linens and various wood tones to give the home a fresh and airy feel. The farmhouse touch will shine through with the use of lighter wood tones and ornate wood pieces while the modern transitional is defined by more linear and streamlined pieces. Accessories will consist of a unique blend of warm neutral tones with pops of terracotta and olive green to introduce that earthy vibe. Overall, the plan was to top this with some greenery and bold art to catch the future homeowner’s eye.
