For this design we wanted to create a design inspired by the amazing architecture and history the home contains. The staging represents mid-century style through neutral yet unique statement furniture pieces. In the main living room we floated the furniture in the center of the room so entering guests can appreciate the open floor plan as they enter from the top of the stair case. We brought in pops of blue and a mix of warm colors through simple accent accessory pieces and statement art displayed on main walls. We also would like to pay tribute to the history of the home by bringing in Frank Lloyd coffee table books that will be displayed in main living areas in the home. The importance of the indoor/outdoor living is crucial in mid-century designs; for the patio areas, we have added mid-century inspired furniture pieces that will draw visitors eye to view the luxury patio areas and stunning costal views surrounding the home.
